3. Intellectual Property & Script Ownership
You retain 100% exclusive ownership of all content, scripts, and media that you create, type, paste, or import into E Teleprompter. We do not claim any copyright, license, or ownership rights over your scripts, nor do we transmit or store your intellectual property on any remote server.
4. Permitted Use & Conduct
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use E Teleprompter for personal, educational, commercial, broadcast, and institutional purposes, subject to the following conditions:
- You may not use the service for any unlawful or malicious activities.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the delivery of the web application.
- You may integrate E Teleprompter into professional video setups, live streaming, broadcast productions, and stage presentations freely without royalty fees.
5. Hardware & Browser Permissions
Certain advanced features â including AI Voice Flow and MediaPipe Hand Gesture Vision â require permission to access your device microphone and camera. These permissions are used strictly in real-time within your active browser session and are never recorded, transmitted, or stored by E Teleprompter.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
E Teleprompter is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
